Aqueduct When: April 18, 2003 Duration: 2 Days/1 Night What: Cycling Trip/Overnighter Cost: $42 for 2 Campsites, $180 in gas for three cars Size of Group: 5 adults, 10 boys Good: Perfect weather, had a 10 mph tailwind all the way, cell phones worked perfect the whole way. Bad: Not all of the boys were prepared to ride 65 miles. What would you change: Spend more time with boys previous to campout on cycling and getting their bikes ready. Be more prepared for issues with the bikes. Have a different checkpoint on #4. Rely less upon the Sag Wagon. |
